Returns/Exchanges

We want our customers to be happy!

Please contact us via email [onceuponatimemain@gmail.com] to receive a return authorization, shipping costs will be at customers expense. 

We will gladly exchange if item(s) is still available. 

We do not offer returns on jewelry, accessories, hats.  Any item marked down 50% or higher will not be eligible for exchange or return. 

In the event you need to return or exchange, please provide the receipt and original tags attached. Must be unworn, clean, unwashed, and shipped back within 7 days.
